When I met Luke, he was at the back of his farm trying to catch two chickens which had escaped their enclosure. This farm project started by simply growing vegetables in a neighbour’s backyard; and this quickly blossomed into a much larger opportunity being invested in by that very same neighbour. Luke invests a lot of his time and effort into developing the farm and is currently working on adding 50 new beehives as well as collaborating with a friend with experience in hydroponics. Although the farm isn’t yet registered as a business, though there are plans for this in the near future as it develops further.
